unable to update your apps Bt box pro

Hi Like the previous 4k box I am now getting this message unable to update apps. With the 4k box a maintenance mode reset was the only thing that solved the issue. Would this be the same with the bt box pro if so how do I enter maintenance mode? Thanks.
