I run a village email distribution group. All subscribed members with btinternet email accounts are currently being blocked from receiving emails from this address.  Please can you advise how the block can be removed as it is having a detrimental effect on our fundraising activities.  Thank You

Please remove the email address from your post. It is against forum rules to post email addresses.

You may have been seen as sending spam if you are posting to multiple addresses at the same time.

You need to contact the BT Postmaster and ask them to white list your email address.

Thank you!
I've checked the link and is either too technical or not relevant to my situation however I have since emailed exactly the same message from a different laptop and it worked so problem solved for now.
