Attachments

When I try to open an attachment it appears for a couple of seconds in the top right of the screen then disappears. This has only started recently. Any ideas on what I can do so that I can actually read my attachments?

I suspect that you are downloading the attachment rather than opening it.

If you click on the name of the attachment or the down arrow at the right hand side of the attachment it will download the attachment.

If you click on the Icon next to the paper clip of the attachment it will open the attachment.

Thanks for your reply. However, when I click on the paper click or the down arrow nothing happens. The little hand only appears on the title of the attachment.

Don't click on the paper clip, click on the Icon to the right of it.

If it still doesn't work try clearing your web browser's history and cookies and if that doesn't work try another browser in order to see if it's a browser problem
