Hello, I have the BT email app on my iPhone 12. When I go into my emails first thing there is an authenticating message that just goes round & round for ages. It takes about 30 minutes before I can actually read my emails. Is there any way that I can turn-off the authenticating message. Any help will be much appreciated.

Uninstall the BT app and use the native iPhone email app.
Try using a decent email app. The BTMail app is pretty poor.
Try the Mail email app that comes with the iPhone.
