According to my premium account details…
I have used 7 of my 11 available emails
But I can only see 5 on the front screen (and none showing in the Deleted area)
what happened to the other 2 ?
any ideas please?

You probably 'gifted' them.

" Gifted" email accounts should still show in the broadband account holders "Your Products" under the email section "Email addresses you've given to friends and family" and if the email account has been deleted it should show in the "Deleted Email addresses" section.
If they are not showing any any of the section there is a problem.
Are the email accounts still active, as in you can still log onto them and use them to send and receive emails?
How long is it since you last saw them in your MyBT?
I can only think of 1 other email address that a family member used to use under my account, but sure I deleted that one when not required about 1.5 years ago… can’t even remember what the passcode would have been….. might try sending to it and see what happens..,
