BT Basic Email

If someone wants to leave BT but wants to keep their email I understand one of the options is to switch to Basic Email ( WEB Based ).  Can any of these emails be forwarded to another email address? or it that option not available. Thanks for looking

You may find that forwarding will work when you first move to BTMail Basic but this feature can be withdrawn at any time.
