Can someone help ? My BT.com email address keeps getting locked as "It looks like someone tried to access your account" This has now happened about five or six times. Each time, I have to change my password.
Can I do anything to stop this ?
Unfortunately not. It is probably due to someone mistyping their email address and trying to access your account with their password.
Hopefully, @BT can assist with resolving this problem ? Or I will need to ditch my BT email address !
Not sure how BT can stop folks making typos, or indeed stop them trying to hack your account if that is the reason.
