recently renewed BT broadband, which is now with EE. My landline has been ported as Digital Voice, so only product still showing with BT is my E Mail account. If I try to MANAGE MY E MAILS, I get a message saying not possible because I am not the account holder. Seems the E Mails still exist but have not been transferred or ported across to EE. EE have said I need to go to myEE, manage E Mails, import the Addresses individually, job done. Problem is, I cannot find any link for manage my E Mails. On the EE Community site, similar complaints have never been answered. Seems to be a common issue, nobody within EE seems to know the answer, anybody on here have an answer??

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Re: e mail

Your BTMail email accounts do not get changed or move to EE email accounts. They remain with BT and you manage them through your MyBT and log onto them in the same way as you always did.

See the first link below and the second link which has confirmed by the moderators that the part in the first link regarding BTMail is still accurate.

Re: e mail

Thanks for that info, i’ve just had exactly the same from EE E mail tech support. When i went into myBT, it showed EE account number and the message saying i was not allowed access. My 1st contact was BT in Liverpool, nothing was explained and suggested an EE account needed to be created. WRONG, but in now makes sense, E Msils are still a BT product.

thanks again👍😃
