The emails are loading fine on my Samsung Tablet using the BT Mail app
I've cleared the BT mail app's cache on my phone to no avail. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled BT Email app on my phone to no avail.

Does this happen when using your home wifi and when using your phones 4/5g?
Have your tried using it when connected to a different wifi network, such as at a friends house?

With the help of BT chat as well, I cleared the phone's browser cache and cookies, restarted the phone and now my emails are loading properly. 👌
Glad you got it sorted but just for information clearing your browser's cache and cookies would not be the reason it started working again. Your browser has nothing to do with the BTMail app which is a stand alone program.
Restarting the phone is most likely the reason that it all started working again.
