Hi,
I tried to create a BT ID account last night using my main personal email address but it came up saying there was a technical error. I have tried tonight and it still says there is a technical error.
I have resorted to using my much less used gmail account address and it has accepted the email address and created an account. I have tried to change the BT ID to my personal email address but it says it cannot save the change.
The email address I am trying to use, doesn't have an account already set up on BT and it isn't my ID or recovery email address. Anyway I can get this changed to my main email address?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
