BT Mail...Blank page after logging in

Hello,

I have a problem trying to access my emails from any browser on my laptop or android phone.  After entering the log in details the page refreshes to a white screen.  The BT Mail android app works ok on my phone and outlook still works on my laptop.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've been getting what looks like the same problem. In my case when i get the blank page I open a new tab in the browser which then loads the email (without prompting for email address and password0.

I also found that if I login by going to bt.com/email rather than the "old" login page (the one that google comes up with if you search for "bt email") the login works correctly (well usually anyway...).
