I have started using the BT email app, logged in once and can’t log out, just get the attached option and nothing happens. Does that mean it’s a good or rubbish service? About 30 years of using bt email with no problems and now it’s almost unusable
I have moved you onto your own thread because the one you posted on was not the same as this new problem you have.
This will allow you to get answers specific to this problem.
The BTMail app is in my opinion rubbish.
You should try a different email app such Bluemail or Thunderbird to see if they are better.
It's rubbish. I have complained but BT say they can't do anything and have referred me here. It's some shoddy half a job that obviously wasn't tested before release. Oh well, back to the Ombudsman.
