Assuming you are using a Windows computer.

Drag the following link onto your computer's desk top. Once it's there right click on it then select "Rename" and name it BTMail or any other name you want.

When you click on it the log on page will open.

Email Login Page (bt.com)

In Windows Explorer, highlight 'Desktop', click on 'New' and select new shortcut. Paste https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2Fsecure%2Femai...

in the form and click 'Next'
