I'm using the BT Mail app for Apple iPad. Several problems:
1. The right-hand part of the screen where the body of the email appears, is more often than not frozen - ie. it doesn't let me scroll down to see more than the first screenful of the email. This makes the app unusable to all intents and purposes.
2. Ordering by date doesn't work properly. Older emails are often mixed up with the current ones, in no particular order.
3. The search function is very poor.
4. Emails that are more than a few weeks old are not displayed.
5. The app requires me to re-login far too often for convenience.
Anyone else? More specifically, do you know if BT are aware and are planning fixes?

There is no requirement to use the BTMail app. You should uninstall the BTMail App which is seems to cause nothing but problems.
There are far better free email apps such as BlueMail.
Use the iPad mail app.
I've got the native iPad app configured for a different email account, so it's not available. But yes, it does work well.

I am sorry for the problems that you've been experiencing on your iPad.
We are working on issues with the iPad at present. I raised the issue for the scrolling problem which prompted it.
It may take a month or so before we can go live with a fix. We need to make sure it has been tested first.

Perhaps they should have tested the app fully before it went live and they wouldn't be in this position of having to constantly issue fixes.
Surely you can have more than one account on the native app.
