The BT App on my iPhone stopped updating on 16 November 2024. Oddly it still shows new email numbers but isn't downloading them. It works on my PC and on the Apple Mail App. Is this problem due to changes in the BT Cloud?

There is absolutely no connection between email and BT cloud.
Delete the BT mail app and use a proper one such as the built in Apple one on your iPhone.
Thanks for your help. I do use the Mail app on my iPhone but it doesn't allow switching mailbox as the BT Mail app.
I have now re-logged in to the BT Mail app and it all now works as before.
And thanks for confirming that the BT Cloud has nothing to do with email.
