Hi Folks,
I have had issues for about 3 weeks now with sending my mail from the apple mail app. I used to use this with no issues. I started to get issues and deleted the account from my phone and added it again. I can receive my mail but not reply to them.
I know this is just a settings issue and I am wondering if anyone can help with these settings. I can logon to the web and send / receive from there but not on my phone. Mail sits in the outbox.
I have changed my password and updated it on the phone after I re-installed the account.
Can anyone help ?

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email app.
