A few months back, BT webmail had ongoing problems which were said to be fixed.
BT appear to have rolled out a Webamil version that actually reinstates bugs!
For some weeks now, two of the really annoying bugs are BACK:
1. The cursor keeps returning to Home for no good reason and without my input while typing. This means that you have to stop typing, correct the text in Home and return the cursor to where you were typing. INFURIATING when it keeps doing it!
2. When typing into a new email, the text often forgets the default font setting and you get a plain character font.
Whilst I remain a longstanding 30+ year BT customer, my broadband has been moved over to EE as they become the face of consumer customers of BT.
I am told I keep my BT email and BT virus protect etc.
Why, oh why, can't a company the size and scale of BT fix these issues?
