Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

My email is still on 3.50, I live in hope that it'll update one day. I've not been able to delete or move email consistently since this malarkey started in January. I have to use the app on my phone.

Why not use an app (client) on your PC/laptop?

You will still get what you are paying for, an email service, but you will be using a far superior way of accessing and using it.

Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

Moving emails from my inbox to a folder (using drag and drop) is a new problem this week; still works if selected and use the Move-To tab.  Bit annoying, though!

Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

I thought the latest fix included the elimination of text wrapping? Well it hasn't. I can't copy & paste the example for some reason but it says:-

You're part of a growing commu

nity that has saved over £32 mil

lion and counting, so keep maki

ng the most of those exclusive prices.

I'm using Google Chrome, Windows 11, BT version 3.5.0

You need to use a screen grabber - the Windows 'Snipping Tool' is good for that.

Since they supply a 'View in browser' link, it should look like this:

I agree - the annoying text splitting to the next line is still active and needs sorting.

@RichardHaselgrove Yeah, I tried that but forum wouldn't allow it to be added, said it was too big or something.  Doesn't matter.

what's the point of having a Community Forum if you can't raise problems or sek advice?
