<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
I deleted a lot of email and also the BT email App yesterday. Then later my email address from Apple mail and reinstalled it. Everything is not working fine. Mail deleting from all devices now. Thanks for your help. James
