BTmail access to photos on iphone - accidentally turned off - how do I turn it back on???

I've accidentally turned off the access to my photos on my BTmail app.  The only options showing in settings is 'None' or 'Add Photos Only'.   This means that I can't attach photos to my emails or save photos to my phone when I received them via an email.

Any ideas how I can enable this please????

Thanks in advance

I do not use an iPhone so I can not give you the exact procedure but you will need to go into your phones settings and the permissions for the BTMail app and allow it to access your photos.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I’ve tried to change the permissions but it is not offering me the option to allow access just ‘None’ or ‘Add only’!

Is that within the phones settings or the apps settings? You need to do it in the phones setting.

Thanks again for your help. I’ve tried both!  I may have to change to another provider as I really need this function for work.

You don't need to change provider. Just change your email app.

There are plenty free email apps and even the one supplied by Apple js better than the BTMail app.

If you have turned off the access, why would changing provider help? This is surely not an ISP issue - ok, it might be an app procedure.

Hi again and thanks for your perseverance on this one!
Here’s the options I get whether I go via the phone settings or BTmail app. Pic attached.

Have you checked that you have images turned on in BT webmail?

Log onto your email account using a browser not an email app and go to the settings by clicking on your user name at the top right then go to  "Mail" in the left hand column and then to "Block Images". If it not already selected tick the box marked "Allow all Images" then click on save.

Now try in the BTMail app to see if the images now show.

If they do not then I suggest that you delete the BTMail app and get a decent one as I previously suggested.
