Basic E Mail

After a traumatic time trying to upgrade to Fibre and incompetence from EE, I am seriously considering going elsewhere.

I know that there is a restriction on how we access BT EMail if it reverts to basic. If I can access BT Web Mail via phone - will that still work on basic.  

Currently use BT Mail - not sure of difference to be fair.

You can access Basic Mail via a web browser on any type of device you like.

You cannot access it via any mail app on any type of device.
