I have a basic email account - with 3 sub-accounts, but cannot access one of them anymore (my main account and the other 2 are fine). Tried to search instructions for recovering it, and the website says to go to My BT - My Products and scroll down to Email, and Manage Email....but when I log into My BT and go to My Products - there are no products listed, so I can't get to the Manage Email option. Can anyone help?
