OK - so I get various suggestions on this issue but nothing definitive - can someone help.
If you've got BT Basic mail - I get that it's only web based and can't be accessed via a mail ap on your mobile phone or via outlook etc on your pc.
My question is this - does BT Basic email allow you to forward messages automatically to another email address (e.g. a gmail or hotmail account) ?
That's it - that's my question - any help very gratefully recieved.
