Having ongoing problems with 2 particular Btinternet addresses, pay the £7.50 per month and have 4 addresses, have given up all hope of getting any of these to work again on iPad / iPhone email app but can only get 2 of the addresses to work on the BT mail app, every time we try to add the others a red box flags up saying username password or server configuration are incorrect. Have to log on to the BT main website every time to check emails, so no notifications via the app, any tips would be appreciated. Have waited 2 weeks for BT to call, the phone rang twice, answered, it was immediately cut off then had an email saying they had tried to contact me….. Thanks.
