When can we get help with the curser.
Its hard to see and jumps about it does not act as it should and keeps jumping to beginning of email when you stop typing for a moment.
For instance starting an email with Dear Sir, typing away , stop and when you next type the words go in front of Dear Sir
Am seriously thinking of stopping its use and going elsewhere unless BT can solve what should be a simple problem
If you have a look through the forum email section you will see that BT are having problems with their webmail email user interface.
What you have described is one of the known problems and BT are working on a fix for that and the other known problems but as yet there is no known date when the fix will be rolled out.
As regards going elsewhere for your email service that is of course entirely up to you or you could consider using an email client/app such as Thunderbire or eM Client to access your BT email account which you will find does not have any of the problems associated with BTMail's webmail user interface.
