On the calendar(on the email page) I cannot now edit the time of event. i.e. If I want an event to be, say, 10:50 I used to scroll down to 10:30 whe inserting a new event and could position the curser an change the '3' to '5' . I cannot do this now either when setting up an event or by editing an event already in the calendar.
Any ideas please?
The BT call centre insisted that the problem was with my PC, despite telling them that a friend on another PC in a different location had the same issue. They(she) insisted I carry out checks on my PC.
Their statement! 'We have reviewed your account details, and we can confirm there is no issue from BT's end which can lead to the same. '
I finally got to speak to someone in the technical department who was excellent. The issue had not been raised with them, despite an assurance from call centre. They tested it on their PC and confirmed it is a fault, caused they surmised by a recent update.
Now it is not a big issue , but it is frustrating when call centre haven't sufficient knowledge so fob off customers.
