Can't access basic email online

I have had email forever. It still works on my mobile but it won't accept my password online since the "upgrade". It's a basic email account. We don't have BT broadband anymore so no BT ID.

If I click forgotten password it tries to send a code to another address which I don't recognise.

Not sure what's going on. Nothing weird has appeared on my mobile version.
