just tried using Edge and no problems accessing bt.com so maybe your device try deleting browsing history
Same here, no issues.
Try clearing the history and cookies from your browser and if you are using a "short cut" try using the Email button in the menu bar to the top of this page instead. It could be the short cut is not working correctly.

Clearing cookies didn't work, but clearing history did. Back up and running now.
