Email send receive not working from desktop or android phone. 2nd time in two days
Can send/receive from web mail
Have tried: signing out back in (x2)
Checking server settings
Changing password (it won't do it)
restarting desktop
oh jeez. shut down rather than restarted. Treid again and it was working.
I don't know what is going on here but am very fed up with spending so much time trying to sort this out which is clearly a bt rather than user related fault.
do we have a proper reason?
PS O may be a beginner here but was a Microsoft mvp on email and online systems
