Can't send email because its being blocked

I am trying to post minutes for my pensioners group, using more or less that same words as I have for years but am being blocked with this message:  Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (656684A00A0AF741)

If it wasn't so stupidly irritating I could laugh.

Any suggestions?

From memory there was a recent problem with sending emails with BCC completed.

If your own email address is included in the BCC try removing it.

Not ideal because of GDPR but if all the members of your group do not object you could try sending the email or a test email without using CC instead of BCC  to see if it will send.
