Hi All,
Since yesterday I cannot enter the login screen on my PC. It just keeps kicking me out and saying:
Are you using this log on screen?
Have you tried the basics such as clearing out the history and cookies in your browser settings and if still not working turning your computer off and on and then if still not working turning your BT hub off and on?

yes I have done all of that and the error still appears the moment I click the Email TAB on the BT.com Homepage
This is the error that appears.
Have you tried a different browser?
Do you get the same error using the link I posted?
Yeah I tried your link and the same error message appears. I have tried private browsing and firefox too. All of which do the same thing. Firewall is not effecting it either.
I guess there is no answer or help to the question ?

If you are saying the above because I did not respond to your previous post immediately after you posted I would like to point out that this is a customer to customer self help forum. I am a customer just like you and all the other posters on this forum with the exception of the forum moderators who are BT employees.
As a result, I am under no obligation to answer or help unless I choose to and to do so in my own time scale. I was prepared to try and help but as I am apparently not doing it fast enough for you I will leave you to seek an answer or help from some other source.
