Hi, all of a sudden I am unable to send emails from my iphone for my bt mail. I can receive but not send. When I check the sent box it says they have been sent but they are not received by anyone. I have deleted the mail box twice and re applied it but mail is still not received by the recipients - web mail works fine - any ideas anyone. Apple say it is BT issue...
Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

You should give the BT Premium email Help line a call on 0808 100 6778 and get them to check that you are on Premium email and not the BTMail Basic account.
