Hi,
I keep getting this error message below when trying to send an email to an address I previously successfully sent to last month.
This occurs whether via laptop, desktop, tablet and phone.
The original email was sent with an attachment and an automated email was sent back from the sender to confirm receipt.
When trying to forward on to ask for an update to the same address I now get this message. I have also tried to email as a new email and still get the same and I have removed the attachment also. Can anyone please advise?

are you using BTMAIL? have you tried another method say gmail?
