Change email personal photo

Can anyone advise on how to change my email profile picture? TIA.

Log onto your email account and go to the settings by clicking on your user name at the right hand side. 

Select "Profile"  then "Edit" at the right hand side.

Click on "Upload Photo" then select the picture from your photo folder that you want to use and click save.

When logged into emails online, I am able to select my email address on the right hand side but there is no option to edit my profile other than inputting my first and last name. Am I on the wrong site or do you have any other suggestions to completely remove a profile photo. Thanks.
