Change to email appearance

I'm not keen on the new look of BT mail but I'll get used to it. Operationally it feels more "clunky" in terms of response times, especially when trying to delete messages when an error message often flags up.

This is when accessing via Edge browser using Windows 11.

Is this latest version permanent as it feels like a downgrade?

No, either Thunderbird or Em Client.

You can revert to previous style by going to “setting”. BT says this change will be permanent.

agree , it is rubbish and cant stand it , its a backward step . things that were useful are gone and its ugly to look at too. another pointless change
