Changed ISP only got basic BT email can no longer access Oulook

I've recently changed my ISP & have reverted to Basic BT mail.  I can no longer access Microsoft Outlook to look at our mail and therefore it doesn't sync to my ipad or iphone.  Can I do anything or do I have to pay for BTs premium service to have these facilities?  Any help/advice gratefully received.

Correct, that is what Basic Mail is.

If you wish to access mail via a mail client rather than webmail, you either need to subscribe to Premium Mail or get someone you know and trust with BT broadband to add your email address to their account.
