BT are advising to clear web browser cache and cookies when on new version of BT Email, I would like to know what are the consequences of doing this please.(Firefox and Chrome)
When you use a browser like Chrome it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
