Composing email in BT Mail

Web mail has stopped suggesting names when composing email. Only happens on one of my pcs and when using either Edge or Chrome browser. Any suggestions as to cause?

Thanks. Turned out to be software update issue, all resolved when I did full recovery on my pc with the problem
