Has this just started, were you previously able to open them?
When you click on the attachment you have to be aware what part you are clicking on.
If you click the attachment Icon it will give a preview the attachment as a PDF in a new preview box.
If you click on the down arrow to the right of the attachment Icon the attachment will download to your download folder where you can then open it in the same way as you open any document.
