Hi, I'm just back from holiday but while there my email on mobile phone stopped working and said I need to reset password.
Now back home, every time I try to reset my password it just loops back to enter your email address.
I enter email address, then a captcha comes up. I verify with that and it takes me back to enter email address. It does this repeatedly.
I've tried various browsers, cleared cache etc.
Any ideas?
