Email Trash folder not showing emails older than 1 month

Hi,

Does anyone know why and, more importantly, how I access them please? Settings are not to delete anything and I've no archive rules in place. It just seems to "cull" at 1 month. Help!

Why do folks think that the Trash folder is a storage folder?

Really? If you don't want to lose it, don't delete it. The clue is in the name.

You can not change the Trash folder settings.

Once an email is deleted from the Trash folder it is gone for good.

If you Google the email 30 day deletion it has been like that for a while but for some reason it does not appear to be happening to everyone.  Looks like you are one it happens to and unfortunately once deleted they are gone
