Email Validation failed

I've been locked out of my BT email account. It says it's been locked for suspicious activity. I try to enter my security details but it tells me they are wrong. I've tried to call the help numbers but I get told the numbers don't exist when I try to call. 

How can I proceed? I really need to access the email address to verify visa information.

Hi @iryzoi, Sorry you can't access your email account. Get in touch with our email technical helpdesk by calling or using the 'Message now' link on this page: Fix email | BT Help. If using the Message now option choose - Existing customer - Technical support - Broadband to get to the correct team.
