Hi. I am fairly new to this so please be kind! I am with BT for my broadband, tv and phone. I would like to set up a bt email but can’t seem to find out how. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have become a BT Broadband customer after 26th December 2022 your BT Broadband package no longer offers an email facility.

You would need to set up an email address using another email service such as gmail.
