Wondered if anyone can help….I normally view my emails in the Mail but recently got a new phone and I can no longer get emails to Mail on either phone or iPad I can now only see them by going to BT email, I prefer the Mail format, can anyone advise what has happened and can I correct? Thank you
Are you presently a BT broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your account will have been downgraded to BTMail Basic which can only be accessed by a web browser.
