Having changed my broadband to EE a month ago, now when I receive an email there are no paragraph breaks in between and each sentence goes right across the screen and completely off it at the right hand side, so it is one long stream in the paragraph. This is DESPITE my contacts telling me they always put line breaks between paragraphs - and it is even the case from contacts who are also BT email users (but haven't yet changed to EE broadband). This is really ANNOYING as it makes reading emails much harder and EE assured me everything about my email would remain exactly the same! Any help out there please?
As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
But the email is still BT internet email.
Yes it is still BT email, which is why I can't understand the change and how to make the email text easily readable
The simple answer is not to use the awful webmail interface and use a proper client such as Thunderbird.
It is most likely because the senders/your contacts are using Plain Text to write their emails instead of Rich Text.
It appears that the BTMail is unable to format Plain Text correctly.

I asked the moderators to pass this on to the email team but I never received any acknowledgement or reply so I have no idea if the information was passed on but I suspect it wasn't.
To see if that is the problem you could ask your contacts to compose their emails in Rich Text to see if that helps.
