Email nightmare

Hello, I think I've been hacked and can't get any help from the phone number as I'm unable to generate a 6 digit passcode. I haven't had any emails and when I try to reset my account, my name isn't recognised. Is there a number I can call or something I can do?

Are you able to log onto your email account?

If you can not call or contact BT 0330. 1234.150 who should be able to reset your password.
