Does anyone know what the "issues" are that BT are experiencing which mean no access to emails?

Thanks for response. Message received when attempting to access BT emails on desktop. However subsequently discovered I can access emails on mobile phone. May therefore only be issue relating to the desktop. "Issue" only since this afternoon.
It may be a server issue. I would strongly suggest that you do nothing and in particular do not try changing passwords or deleting the account.
It will most likely sort its self out.
If it doesn't sort its self out try restarting your computer and if that doesn't resolve it try turning your BT Hub off for about 30 minutes and when you turn it back on it will have been issued a new IP address and hopefully connected to a different email server.
Came here to look for any notification about a service outage as all of our mail accounts are down right now.
We appear to be lacking a service status page from BT for email which is a critical service.
Trying to access mail via desktop and get this message-
' We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later.'
Why do they not put a message out on social media & explain there is a problem???!!!
