Please could I ask for help with a BT email address?
I am the account holder & my OH has an allocated B T email address.
19th November I received BT text saying they'd blocked this email address as someone was trying to get in it. Credit to BT.
I went into MY BT & changed password & reset it.
All good ....
Nope. 95% of the time now, he gets 'session logged out' after only 20 minutes, also when he tries to log back in, he has to have a passcode texted to me 😞
Is there a timer on email sessions?
How can we stop this please?
