Email Log In Issue

Recently upgraded Windows on my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Then the first time I tried to log into.my BT email account,  it went straight  to the error message:  'btmCode=bmx_2002. 

Any advice?

I have the same issue. Windows 10 did an auto update and now I get btmCode=bmx_2002

Sometimes it logs in ok but most times I can no longer access my email. BT seem to have lost the plot.

Thanks for taking the time to report this.

The first step to try is to delete your cookies and cache. After that, reset your password by logging into https://www.bt.com/mybt and go to the email manage section.

If you're using @talk21.com, and you still can't get in, please try changing how you log in. For example, if you used DanielS@talk21.com you would now use DanielS.t21@btinternet.com to log in.

Still doesn't work for me. Partly because the moment I land on the sign in page, it bumps me to the page saying I have a Code=bmx_2002
