Why have all my Emails on the sites and pages I manage stopped arriving? All ok until last Thursday then stopped completely. Checked all of the settings on Meta all ok. Meta say it is something on BT stopping them! Any one else had similar problems. Fix needed asap.
Check that you have not blocked either the email address or the domain of the sites that you are not receiving the emails from.
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the email address or the domain that you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
